It was reasonably priced, the hotel was fairly clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. The location was incredible and amazing, just off the beach in Getxo, the ferry port in rush hour traffic, and central Bilbao. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from Parrillas del mar, ate there once or twice.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The place was clean, I booked the superior room with sea views, everything was perfect. The location was excellent right on the coast and the staff here was superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating. My room included a safe box, a minibar, and central heating.

We stayed so close to our favorite places such as puerto viejo. Great location 15 min walk from Algorta subway station. Umi sushi experience, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel.
